F.U.R. Shindig—Friends Underwriting Rescues (F.U.R.) is hosting the 4th Annual Shelter Shindig on May 6. There will be fun jumps, food, silent auction, music, T-shirts, activities/posters/brochures for community education regarding humane treatment of animals and animal care. All of the proceeds will provide funding for supplies and veterinary care for abused, neglected, ill and injured animals at St. Landry Parish Animal Control & Rescue.
